PURE & NATURAL: Our organic psyllium husks are over 95% pure and grown in completely organic soil. When the Plantago ovata plant begins seeding, a vast amount of mucilage is formed in the seed husk that is rich in soluble gluten free natural fibres. When added to liquid, the seed husks become gelatinous and act a bit like a fibre paste.
BENEFITS: Similar to Slippery Elm, Psyllium can help aid digestion and the gut. The special fibres make help balance the regulate bowl motions and act as a probiotic.
