Indigo Herbs Cinnamon Tincture 100ml

TRADITIONAL EXTRACT: Cinnamon is a well known traditional supplement that?s known for its taste. This tincture is made using the raw Ceylon variety, or what?s called true cinnamon. This is the more sought after variety rather than the cheaper variant, Cassia. Small amounts of cinnamon in the diet have been known to help the body in many different areas.
SUGGESTED USE: This tincture can simply be added to water or any liquid of your choice. 2-3ml taken 2-3 times a day.
THE TINCTURE: Tinctures were first used in ancient Egypt before entering Europe from the 12th century onwards. Right up until the 1970?s tinctures were common until pills and capsules became more popular. They are now enjoying a resurgence in popularity because of their simplicity and relatively few ingredients. Tinctures are a liquid extract of plant leaves, roots, bark, fruit, seeds and flowers.
